This will illustrate who is already aware of your organisation and who the influencers in your market are. Who is positive and negative about your brand? What are your competitors achieving through their communications? Most importantly we will look at what you want to achieve over a given timescale. How do you want things to look compared with how they look now?

Illuminate can advise on key messaging; media contact programme (who you should talk to); and ongoing media planning.

Helen can also advise on and arrange media interview training for key spokespeople.

Where are you going?

Once you have established your comms needs - which could range from crisis comms to brand building - Helen can draw up and agree a media relations plan with you and your organisation.

This plan will include evaluation measures; aims and objectives and will be flexible to reflect the shifting media landscape. It will focus on your key need, whether it’s to increase sales, for example, raise the reputation of a key spokesperson, or change your audience’s perception and behaviour.

How do you get there?

Illuminate can implement your media plans, agreeing expected results and timescales. Ongoing evaluation can help influence the plan and strengthen it as it is implemented. With regular contact and set targets, we can work over 6 months, a year, or more to improve and maintain your media reputation.
